Our kid's alternative school is located in the heart of the Plateau Mont-Royal with 4 group-classes that promote a pedogical program oriented towards the global development of children.


 


A la Bonne Heure is now home to the Charron-Chan family. We live in a separate, private annex to the house built in the 1920s.

Catherine was born in the lower Laurentiens and completed her studies in theatre. If she's not answering e-mails, tidying up the house or fundraising for school, you can find her at the local yoga studio or enjoying a long walk. catherine
Sou was born in the Monteregie region of Quebec to a Chinese father and French-Canadian mother. Besides taking care of breakfasts, he teaches part-time at Concordia University and is constantly looking for new renovation projects to keep himself busy.

Nathan enjoys swimming, dodge ball and the color red. He can't stand violent cartoons, is obsessed with running water on asphalt and hopes to operate a mini-golf/dogpark complex with his brother when he gets older. nathan
Benjamin, when not playing hockey with Stacey, is having fun writing his own comic books or looking for worms. He also loves to sing and takes good care of his pet lizard Coco. Both kids attend the local alternative primary school Arc-en-Ciel (www.ecolearcenciel.org).

Our family pet Stacey is a female Corgi with a friendly character that loves receiving affection from strangers. She is not allowed to go in the guest rooms but will try her luck if we're not watching her during the day. stacey
